It was an enduring task for journalists who were led on a facility tour of the expanded Majesty-Realm Hotels Ltd at plot 166 Lagos street, Ewet Housing , Uyo. The hotel, started in 2001 with only 10 rooms, has gone through different stages of transformation and expansion and now a cynosure of all eyes with state-of-the-art facilities for recreation, standard gymnasium, restaurant with 150 guests capacity, and 400 seating capacity hall. of Director member, recalled the various operational changes the hotel has undergone to where it is today. In view of the high patronage and demand of the hotel, Isobara revealed that the Board was compelled to approach banks for more loans in order to finance the expansion programme using the hotel as collateral.

“With God on our side, the hotel has enjoyed and is still enjoying mind blowing patronage. Arising from the high demand for our facility, the Board was therefore constrained to approach the banks to obtain more loans to finance an expansion programme us ing the facility as collateral. “By 2003, 30 more rooms were added and four years later, precisely in 2007, the hotel witnessed the second major upgrade. A new block with 10 suits was inaugurated and by the end of 2018, the room capacity of the hotel had jumped to 50.

“Today, we are proud to announce to the world that Majesty-Realm Hotel has added yet another feather to her cap. We are inviting you here, ladies and gentlemen, to showcase and conduct you round the just completed, fully furnished state-of-the-art building; the latest block in the Majesty Realm Hotel complex. This new block alone contains 56 rooms and suits, bringing
the total number of beds of various categories in this hotel to 106.
